The store that Saxion uses for the books offers second-hand books.

Alternatively when the year has started, you can ask higher-years at the study assiociation.

It is generally not advisable to buy all books at the beginning of the year, as most aren't used.

Ask your teachers at the beginning of the quarter which books are actually required.
