Can anyone explain for me the difference between APPLIED COMPUTER SCIENCE and COMPUTER SCIENCE? Thank you so much

I think the main difference though is that in Applied Computer Science you need to like to get 'hands on' with the hardware as well, as you also work closely with the electronic engineering students.
