I have a btec hnd( Pearson) in COMPUTING already .. is it accepted for applied computer science and what other requirements do I need, moreover from what year will I start for my progression?

If I'm not mistaken, it is only possible to skip the first year at most (you can also get exempted from certain classes in the second year). I tried looking into the program you've done previously and it seems that you'll get exemptions for some first and second year classes, but not all. Please contact the front office (frontoffice.LED@saxion.nl ) as they should give you more information on applying with previous experience.
