I’m currently working on my portfolio, but I haven’t painted my drawings yet. I’m not really skilled at painting, especially with paint. Is it okay if I use other methods for colouring, like markers?

That's totally fine! There are no requirements for your portfolio so just do what you're more comfortable with. Perhaps you could try digitising them as well? Since there isn't really any traditional drawing in the study, only digitally.
