This entirely depends on your specialisation. But first, you have to ask the question "what part of AR development do I want to become?"
When doing this program, you'll be taught to know the different disciplines in creative technology development. You'll learn that it's not as simple as just being a dev but that things are made in teams with people with different focuses. So, do you want to become an AR developer on the art side? Creating the assets needed to make an AR environment look nice and fluent? Or do you want to become an AR dev on the design side? Making sure that the user experience is flawless, that controls are understandable, and that there's little to no noise of information? Or do you want to become an AR dev on the programming side? Working on systems and code that will make your AR project bugless and clean?
These questions will pop up during your study, and once you focus on the right one, you can do so much, including AR development.
So, if this sounds interesting, try it out! The only way to figure out if creative tech is for you is to start creating tech.
Good luck!
