i am doing bsc multimedia and animation right now , i wanna know can i apply to study there with my 5th semester marksheet or do i need my sixth semester marksheet

Your most recent marksheet is fine most likely. If it’s not enough and they ask you to send your 6th you’ll have plenty of time to update it. Wouldn’t worry too much about it
