There are only two exams you will take during your first year, and passing them (usually with a 5,5/10 or higher) will give you a standard amount of study points. Most other parts of the study are done through projects and hand-in assignments. The grades of these exams do not really matter, as long as you pass them. Unless you’re going for graduating cum-laude. But in the game industry grades barely matter, and portfolio items are looked at way more.
