Probably! Although what’s more important than your degree is your previous experience with our subjects. If you’re going for UX designer, you should probably have some examples of UX design in your portfolio along with some basic designer skills like working in unity, game design projects, or just in general some fun interactive media projects. These things will help you immensely during your short term degree since you will be thrown into program with projects where people will have to rely on your skills.
