Is it easy for people who do not speak dutch to get along outside of the university? (i am German) How did you feel when starting to live there? Can you start this programm without having a lot of knowledge about computers and programming?

There are a lot of German students here and Dutch people can speak English or/and German. So I think you will feel right at home :D

Don't worry about knowledge. They will teach you all the basics to get you started!
