1. Yup! You can choose a profile that fits with your needs, which means you can also choose a 2D animation class. You will still be following other classes next to it, though.

2. What do you mean by this? Like, bring your own input? Of course! It's a creative study.

3. The artist is purely working on the visuals of a product. This includes 3d modelling, background art, concept art, environmental art, sound design, etc. A Designer works on the experience of a product, not the visuals (except for the interface sometimes).
