Hello Viktòria,
In the IHRM program, the average self-study time is expected to be around 20 hours per week. This time is typically allocated for completing tasks related to both the Theory and Practice portions of each of your classes.
Before each portion, you will have to complete various tasks, such as reading upcoming chapters, preparing for discussions, or submitting answers to questions connected to the topic at hand. These tasks are designed to help you better understand the material and actively engage with the course content.
It's important to note that the actual study hours may vary from person to person, as individual study habits and learning styles may differ. That being said, the lecturers are ready to help if you needed. Saxion may also provide assistance if you struggle with time management or the study material.
If you have any more questions or need further information, feel free to ask!
Best regards,
Viktor
