How do I go about the onboarding process?

Congratulations on your decision to join Saxion University! The onboarding process is designed to ensure a smooth transition and a successful start to your academic journey. Here are the steps you can follow to get acquainted with it.

To start with, make sure you have received an official acceptance letter from Saxion for your chosen program. If you happen to be missing any documentation, please provide it promptly. Once you have been accepted, you will receive information about the onboarding process and Intro Week around early- August (if you haven't already, contact the IO).

Additionally, Saxion organizes orientation activities to help new students get familiar with the university, the city, and the Dutch culture. You can follow the Onboarding Roadmap which includes both practical and fun activities through September and October. You can check it out by downloading the Onboarding Manual by clicking the indicated button, as shown by the attached image.
