Is there a February intake for the academic year of 2022/2023

As far as I'm concerned, it is not possible to apply for IHRM in February, it is on possible in September. If you are applying for the Dutch program, however, then it's a possibility.

For admission in February there are few deadlines for your application. Currently the website shows them for the admission to start in february of this year, however it will be updated for the next academic year as well. You can check it here: https://www.saxion.edu/studying-in-the-netherlands/application/deadlines
