Hi Sam,
There are certainly activities which are not sport based. If you have a chance to attend the HOI week you will get to see all different "groups" around Saxion, which change in range from arts to computer games, so surely you can find something interesting for you!
If not, you can always join the student association for your course, and there you will get to meet a lot of people and hopefully find similar interests so you can keep busy outside of Uni as well!
You will be contacted by your student association during the mandatory introduction on 26/27 of August.
