Hi,
One thing which impressed me in IHRM programme is the huge number of nationalities in my class, which help me to see different cultures views and approaches to problems solving and apply in practice what I have learned in one of the courses (Intercultural Communication). Other thing which I liked about this programme is the fact that lectures are not teacher, standing in front of lots of students in big room, only talking with them for a certain time and give them homework. At Saxion lectures are interactive (for example during one lesson we were separated and we (not the teacher) had to present information about the topic of this lesson, which was an easier way of understanding this topic. As I am talking about being separated in groups, this is also really interesting thing, because this help you in understanding not only different cultures’ ways of thinking, but also different ways of thinking of people from your own country. Last, but not least the fact that this programme is in English, give you the opportunity to think not only in your native language, but in English, also.
Have a nice day and do not hesitate to contact me if you have further questions.
Regards,
Yanislav
