How often do you have to be physically at University? Do you have to be there every day from Monday till Friday? I live in Utrecht and I wonder if I can study this program without moving to Enschede. (I ask about situation before pandemic, I know that now everything happens online)

Before the situation with the virus, there were physical lectures 4 days a week. Usually there is one day with no lectures, when you can work on the assignments or study. Since we went to Saxion for 4 days a week, I would say it will be easier if you move to Enschede or other cities close to Enschede. If you have more questions, don’t hesitate to write.
