Hello Larissa,
The physiotherapy course is available in English. A lot of students decide to do their internship back in their home country or another English speaking country. During the 1st year it is acceptable to do an internship in The Netherlands with limited Dutch capabilities. However, from the 2nd year onwards, it is expected that you have a decent level of Dutch if you decide to do your placement in The Netherlands. Saxion does offer Dutch courses to help you with this. I hope this helps and please feel free to ask any further questions.
