Hello i was just curious about how many student are admitted into the programme each year and how many students are in each class. if possible i was also wondering if i could set up an online call with a student to speak more in depth

There are around 50 students in the year group, usually split into 2 smaller groups for practical classes. This is currently even smaller during COVID. I can't give away any personal contact details here, perhaps you could try to contact the International Office of Saxion directly to see if they can arrange a conversation with a student. Alternatively, have a look for Saxion student groups on Facebook or other social media channels.
