Are there many students who live in Hengelo and commute to Enschede by bike year-round? How do they find their commute?

The commute from Hengelo is common for UT students as their campus is a bit closer. Definitely possible to Saxion too though! If you invest in some appropriate clothing it can be done all year round. The direct route is along a cycle path next to the railway line and takes around 30 minutes. A fast bike would make this journey a bit more tolerable, either a racing bike or an e-bike.
