Hello I’m from Zimbabwe and I’m interested in coming to Saxion. Are there any societies or communities for African students?

I have not heard about communities for people from specific countries, but there is a community for students that have studies related to IT. The community is called Pro-ACT and it is fully run by students with support from the university. They organize meetings, parties, guest lectures, hackathons, and other activities.

As a member of Pro-ACT who visits those events regularly I have to say that they are doing a pretty good job :)
